Registration of an OSBB (Association of Co-Owners of a Multi-Apartment Building)

An association of co-owners of a multi-apartment building (hereinafter referred to as OSBB) is a legal entity created by the owners of apartments and/or non-residential premises of a multi-apartment building to facilitate the use of their own property and to manage, maintain, and use common property.

The issues of establishment, operation, reorganization, and liquidation of an OSBB in Ukraine are regulated by the Law of Ukraine No. 2866-III “On the Association of Co-Owners of a Multi-Apartment Building”.

For OSBB registration, the following information and documents are required:

  • The decision of the initiative group to convene the Founding Meeting of the Association – prepared by our specialists;
  • The protocol of the Founding Meeting of the Association – prepared by our specialists;
  • Information about the co-owners of the Association (a copy of the passport and identification number (INN), information about the total area of each co-owner’s apartment or premises and the total area of all premises combined);
  • A copy of the passport and INN of the members of the OSBB board;
  • Legal address;
  • Contact information.
