OF THE LAND OF THE PERMITTING DOCUMENTS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
  • Consultation (advisory opinion);
  • Review of legitimacy of utilization of the land-plot by the tenant builder;
  • Review of designation purpose of a land plot , where the real estate is building, in accordance with data from the State Geodetic Cadastre;
  • Review of conformity of the construction to designation purpose of a land plot, in accordance with the Classification of the types of designated purpose of land.
  • Review of declaration of the beginning of construction works;
  • Review of availability of licenses and permits (if necessary);
  • Review of urban development conditions and restrictions on the building project;
  • Review of technical specifications for connecting up to utilities (electricity, gas and water supply, drainage and sewage);
  • Review of any existing litigations in the Unified State Register of Judicial Decisions;
  • Verification of powers of real estate Seller/his authorized representative.

  • Review of legality of agreed sales scheme;
  • Sales contract analysis;
  • Implementation of amendments into the contract;
  • Approval of the contract conditions with the Seller;
  • Preparation of the guaranty letters (if necessary);
