Support for Import Operations of Bringing Goods from the EU

  1. Analysis of the client’s business activities and due diligence of the object of foreign trade to verify whether all necessary permits are in place for importing the respective goods into Ukraine, to establish the comprehensive conditions for carrying out such trade, and to provide preliminary forecasts regarding the timeframes for customs clearance of goods and their delivery to the client (or the final consumer, depending on the client’s request). In other words, our specialists provide a detailed written consultation on the import of goods into Ukraine.
  2. Support for the customs clearance procedure for goods, which includes: assisting in the procedure for completing the relevant customs declaration, payment of customs duties to the state budget of Ukraine, and taking other actions depending on the chosen customs regime.

Support in verifying the conformity of the imported goods to the corresponding technical regulations to ensure that these goods meet the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, or, if there is a relevant quality certificate issued by a competent authority abroad, support in the procedure for recognizing that international document in Ukraine.
