Enforcement Proceedings

The “First Legal” Law Firm has been providing legal services since 2008.

In addition to representing our clients’ interests in courts at all levels, the “First Legal” Law Firm also provides support for the compulsory enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities (officials), as well as monitoring their effective execution. Enforcement proceedings and the compulsory enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities (officials) form the final stage of judicial proceedings. After all, merely obtaining a court decision or a decision of other authorities (officials) in your favor does not guarantee its actual enforcement. The effectiveness of enforcement proceedings and the performance of all necessary actions throughout the enforcement process ensure the successful and actual execution of a court decision or decisions of other authorities (officials).

Before beginning to represent a client’s interests in enforcement proceedings, the specialists at the “First Legal” Law Firm gather the necessary information, conduct a legal analysis of the required documents, and perform a preliminary assessment of the feasibility and methods of enforcing the court decision or other document subject to compulsory execution. After agreeing with the client on the terms of cooperation, we assume all responsibilities for preparing the documents needed to initiate enforcement proceedings and provide support until the relevant court decision or other authority’s decision in the case is fully enforced in practice.
